The location was perfect, close to the Medina, Hassab, and the train station. Easy access to all parts of the city. The traditional restaurant was beautiful and the food during Ramadan nights was delicious.

Staff was nice. I stayed there on my wedding night. Once staff were informed, they did their best to make the room special (flowers, fruits, extra towels, ect). Concierge and doorman always greeting and smiling. Price was also very reasonable (that was my main reason for choosing this hotel)
One staff member (a guy) needs to work on his smiling and giving full information to customers. He is very brief and seems he doesnt like his job. Price of the food was also very high.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that catered to our luxurious needs. the spa and wellness centre was top, notch; we enjoyed the sauna, Jacuzzi, and the spa centre. the restaurant had delicious continental and buffet breakfast, and the lounge bar was great for relaxing after a long day. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were well, maintained, and we appreciated the private facilities that added to our comfort.

In general, most of the hotel facilities are not worthing 5 stars hotel. The bathroom is in a very poor condition. The place we hade to have breakfast is without windows and it`s decoration not nice. Also there was no free internent acess, so it`s difficult to stay there if you have some work to do. The hotel`s location is the only advantage. it`s very handy to the Old city and the train station and other locations in Rabat.

The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from Rabat's historical attractions, the medina, and the old town. Despite needing a refurbishment, the hotel is in the center of everything we wished to see, making it a great base. the room was neat and tidy, with a comfortable bed, while the breakfast was a particular highlight, with plenty of options to suit all tastes.
The hotel's showers and bathrooms require attention and maintenance.

Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff the breakfast was surprisingly good, with a variety of Moroccan dishes to choose from. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and restaurants.
Below average amenities and cleanliness We were disappointed by the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel. the rooms were not up to par with what we expected, with stained carpets and outdated furnishings.

Spent xmas at a recently decorated hotel and the ambiance was amazing thanks to the beautifully designed atrium. Location was ideal - just a short walk from the medina and other key tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from, both continental and Moroccan.
The room lacked any information on the hotel or the amenities offered, it would have been better to have a booklet in the room. The service was a bit subpar, some of the staff were not up to the same friendly standard as others, and my room didn't have a clock so it was a bit difficult to keep track of time.
